HUNGRY HEART - MOVIE POSTER

This is a poster I made for a screenplay named "Hungry Heart". It's a romantic comedy, with a bit of a dark and taboo twist on it. Without revealing to much about it, I found out that the makers had an alternative title for it. That title was "S&M". After reading the script I realized why...

That's when my process of work begun. As per usual regarding movie posters the aim is to create something that awakens people's curiosity, and which at the same time gives them a bit of a foretaste of what the movie is about and what to expect artistically. The most important thing in this case though, was to portray all the contrasts involved. I wanted to spice it up a bit with a mysterious tone, 'cause that was the vibe I got when I read the screenplay.

My mission was to create a poster that would make people stop when coming across it. The clear and unique plot made it very easy, my mind was flooded, and still is, with ideas.

Hungry heart? That's right!
